Creating a signature drink for the Endeavor team and their guests at the Collaborators & Cocktails event, the Liquid Catering team developed a southern twist on the classic French 75 resulting in the Carolina 75.
Using Palmetto Distillery peach moonshine instead of gin, and sweet tea instead of sparkling wine, the cocktail proved to be a unique and popular choice for some of the guests in attendance. Give the Carolina 75 a try, and let us know what you think in the comments below!
