One way to simplify the process is to plan your cocktail around the time of year. Below, we've broken up our favorite signature cocktails by season! Winter Brown Derby - Evan Williams Bourbon, grapefruit juice, and homemade honey simple syrup. Dark and Stormy - Bacardi Black Rum and Gosling’s Ginger Beer. Garnished with a lime slice. Moscow Mule - Pinnacle Vodka, Gosling’s Ginger Beer, fresh lime juice. Rosemary Peach Soda - Tequila, Real Peach Puree, rosemary simple syrup, topped with club soda. Garnished with a fresh rosemary sprig. Spring: Blackberry Smash - Evan Williams Bourbon, peach schnapps, sweet vermouth, Real Blackberry Puree, homemade sweet tea simple syrup. Passionfruit Mojito - Silver Rum, Real Passionfruit Puree, mint simple syrup, club soda, and topped with mint garnish Bellini-Tini - Svedka Peach Vodka, pineapple juice, topped with sparkling wine. Garnished with a fresh strawberry. Summer: Lynchburg Lemonade - Evan Williams Bourbon, sour mix, and triple sec. Topped with lemon-lime soda and garnished with a fresh lemon wedge Red Wine Sangria - Homemade Sangria with red spanish wine, brandy, cinnamon sticks, lemons, green apple, brown sugar simple syrup, topped with ginger ale. Watermelon-Mint Cooler - Smirnoff Watermelon Vodka, watermelon juice, homemade mint simple syrup, topped with club soda. Garnished with a melon ball and mint leaf. Blue Hawaiian - Don Q Coconut Rum, pineapple juice, blue curacao, and cream of coconut. Garnished with a cherry. Fall: Dizzy Apple Cider - Jim Bean Apple Whiskey, ginger beer, and fresh apple cider. Garnished with a dehydrated apple slice. Sweet Maple Leaf - Jim Beam Honey, fresh lemon juice, and a homemade rosemary-maple syrup. Topped with ginger ales and garnished with a sprig of rosemary and lemon wedge. Caribbean Rum Punch - Don Q Coconut Rum, pineapple, orange, and cranberry juices. Garnished with a lime slice. Autumn Margarita - Tequila, orange juice, cranberry juice, homemade cranberry simple syrup, triple sec. Garnished with a fresh orange wedge.
