Now Offering Palmetto Brewery!

We are so proud to announce that we are now offering beer selections from Palmetto Brewery! Flash back to Euphoria weekend serving as the festival's beverage sponsor: We first met the folks at Palmetto during Friday's big event, Taste of the South, and then continued to see them pop up throughout the weekend. This brewery has it all--rich history, superb staff, and obviously some really great brews.

Did you know that Palmetto Brewery is South Carolina's oldest brewery? It dates back to the late 1800's. While there were some changes throughout the years with ownership and policies, the brewery became a steadfast landmark in Charleston. In some of the original brewery's final years, the name was changed to Germania Brewing Company, which the staff today believes in due in part to the increased dominance of German brewers in the area during that time. Finally in 1913, the brewery came to a close.

But alas! 1993 was the year that this Carolinian brewery was picked up again. Ever since, locals and travelers alike have enjoyed the hospitality of Palmetto Brewery. From food truck rallies to concerts, tastings to promotional events, Palmetto Brewery is an expert in playing host to some awesome special events.

Let's get back to how this ties into Liquid Catering. With any one of our premium packages, you can now opt for either the brewery's Amber Ale or Pale Ale. All local craft beer is highly recommended by us (you're supporting our community's economy AND drinking some fantastic stuff!), but we're excited to bring Palmetto Brewery to our offerings. Cheers!!
