Featured Event: GSP Wingspan Opening

The Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport has been undergoing construction since 2012 to create a new terminal area, known as WINGSPAN, to include an outdoor courtyard, a conference center, retail spaces and new restaurants.

To celebrate the official opening of the terminal on Tuesday, May 23rd, Liquid Catering was invited to provide an 'Everything Local Package' for beer and wine, along with a 'Wingspan' cocktail to serve over 400 guests.

Everything Local Package

The 'Everything Local' package incorporates RJ Rocker and Thomas Creek beers as well as Biltmore brands of red and white wines - all created right here in the Carolinas. Inspired by the Palmetto Distillery store opening in the terminal, the 'Wingspan' cocktail uses Palmetto Peach Moonshine, Butterfly Pear Flower Tea and club soda.

Table 301 Carving Station

Table301 developed a catering menu for guests, complete with carving stations, passed appetizers, cheese and fruit displays and dessert towers.

Guests also enjoyed live entertainment, both in the outdoor courtyard and in the main terminal.
