SIGNATURE COCKTAILS

​While we can create a custom cocktail for any occasion, below are our signature drinks we have created over the years. Choose one or more for a special treat for your guests!

• Don't see anything you like? Email our sales team to request our cocktail worksheet, and we can start working on some custom recipes for your event.
• All cocktails are sold by the gallon. Our sales team will be happy to recommend a quantity for you. Below gallon prices are when the cocktail is added onto a full-service package.
• Each tasting consultation is $30 for three cocktails.
• Actual per guest pricing is subject to change based on seasonal ingredients, product availability and the length of the event.
• ​Unless otherwise noted, all liquors are house level, but we can price out a special request.
• A gallon is approximately 25 servings.
• We welcome you to create your own creative name to match your theme for any of our cocktails.
• ​For speed and efficiency, we do limit events to two cocktail selections.

Bourbon Cocktails

Brown Derby  |  $72 per gallon
Evan Williams Bourbon, grapefruit juice, and homemade honey simple syrup.

Blackberry Smash  |  $78 per gallon
Evan Williams Bourbon, peach schnapps, sweet vermouth, Real Blackberry Puree, homemade sweet tea simple syrup. Topped with ginger ale and garnished with fresh blackberries.

Dizzy Apple Cider  |  $84 per gallon
Jim Beam Apple Whiskey, ginger beer, and fresh apple cider. Garnished with a dehydrated apple slice.

Lynchburg Lemonade  |  $48 per gallon
Evan Williams Bourbon, sour mix, and triple sec. Topped with lemon-lime soda and garnished with a fresh lemon wedge.

Sweet Maple Leaf  |  $98 per gallon
Jim Beam Honey, fresh lemon juice, and a homemade rosemary-maple syrup. Topped with ginger ales and garnished with a sprig of rosemary and a lemon wedge.

Strawberry Mint Smash | $149 per gallon
Evan Williams Bourbon, St. Germain, Real Strawberry Puree, homemade mint simple syrup. Topped with a dash of bitters and ginger ale. Garnished with fresh mint and a strawberry.

Kentucky Mule | $68 per gallon
Evan Williams Bourbon, fresh lime juice, Gosling's Ginger Beer. Garnished with a lime slice.

Tequila, orange juice, cranberry juice, homemade cranberry simple syrup, triple sec. Garnished with a fresh orange wedge.

Blackberry Sage Tequila Spritz | $55 per gallon
Tequila, grapefruit juice, homemade blackberry-sage simple syrup, Garnished with sage leaves. 

Classic Margarita | $69 a gallon
Lunazul Blanco Tequila, homemade sour mix, triple sec. Garnished with a lime slice.

Paloma  | $55 per gallon
Lunazul Reposado Tequila and Jarrito's Grapefruit Soda. Garnished with a fresh lime wedge.

Rosemary Peach Soda  | $55 per gallon
Tequila, Real Peach Puree, rosemary simple syrup, topped with club soda. Garnished with a fresh rosemary sprig.

Sweet Peach Arnold Palmer  | $48 per gallon
